To avoid disputes, our delivery partner may record a short video when opening the package at delivery.

If the video shows a damaged or incorrect product, the delivery executive will collect the item immediately.

2. Delivery Verification Process

To protect both customers and our store:

• The delivery executive records a short video while opening the package
• This confirms the product condition
• If a problem appears, the delivery executive will take the product back immediately

This process helps resolve issues quickly and safely.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns if:

• The product was used or worn
• The product was damaged after delivery
• The original packaging is missing
• The issue was not reported during delivery verification

4. Refund Process

After we verify the returned item:
